**Now Hiring Press Brake Operators** **Job Description** Join our team as a Press Brake Setup Technician, where you will be responsible for the setup and operation of Amada Press Brakes. You will work with precision sheet metal components, utilizing blueprints and GD&T standards. This role involves loading and unloading sheet metal from the machine, grinding and deburring parts, and consistently lifting up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate Amada Press Brakes based on blueprints and GD&T standards. + Load and unload sheet metal components from the machine. + Grind and deburr parts and components using hand tools and deburring equipment. + Read and interpret basic blueprints and standard operating procedures. + Handle nuts, bolts, and small components for insertion into sheet metal assembled products. + Work independently and as part of a team to achieve precision with tight tolerance sheet metal. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in Press Brake Setup. + Experience with GD&T and blueprint reading. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Precision sheet metal experience preferred. + Mechanical knowledge related to automotive components. + Solid references based on attendance record. **Why Work Here?** Our job shop is one of the most beautiful and well-equipped sheet metal facilities in the city, featuring newer machines and a second-generation family business atmosphere. Hours are flexible with two shifts: 1st shift from 6am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6am-10am on Friday; 2nd shift from 4pm-2:30am Monday to Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of white bear township, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $62400.00/yr.
