The Press Brake Operator assists with various tasks including laying out, shearing, cutting, notching, forming, rolling, and grinding. These duties are performed as assigned by the supervisor.
ResponsibilitiesLay out materials as directed.Perform shearing, cutting, and notching operations.Form, roll, and grind materials as required.Follow instructions accurately to complete assigned tasks.Utilize basic hand tools and tape measures effectively.Assist with mechanical assembly and machine operations.
Essential SkillsProficient in using basic hand tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with mechanical assembly and machine operating.Skill in using a tape measure accurately.Understanding of production processes.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in manufacturing is required.Experience with press brake operations is advantageous.
