Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up Cincinnati and Baykal presses, running jobs within specific tolerance ranges, and assisting in engineering calculations for flat layouts.

Responsibilities

Set up Cincinnati and Baykal presses for production.Operate presses to run various jobs within the .005 - .035 tolerance range.Handle material thicknesses ranging from .020 to .250.Assist engineering in calculating flat layouts.Perform multiple setups as required for long-run experience.Conduct quality checks throughout all stages of the process.Provide the first and last pieces to quality for inspection.

Essential Skills

Experience with brake press machines.Proficiency in press brake operation and setup.Troubleshooting skills.Ability to use calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of Multi-Axis and setup experience with a brake press.Experience with Cincinnati presses is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
