**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with calipers, micrometers, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role is crucial in ensuring the precise fabrication of components, contributing to our large-scale industrial projects. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret engineering prints, understand tolerances, angles, and dimensions. + Operate a 235 Ton Press Brake or comparable machine, and set back gauges using air bend dies. + Apply critical thinking and math skills to ensure precise measurements. + Communicate effectively with team members. + Demonstrate reliability in bending various materials like Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and High tensile steel. + Set up workstations for optimal production efficiency. + Meet specified time frames for work output. + Operate other pre-fabrication machines, including shears, saws, and bending machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating press brakes. + Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools. + Ability to work from blueprints or schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine setup and operation of manual lathes, mills, and tool and die equipment. + Familiarity with manual shears and metal saws. **Why Work Here?** Join a team dedicated to excellence in the fabrication of large industrial boilers and kilns.
