What You’ll DoSet up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machinesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersChoose correct tooling, dies, and materials for each jobInspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsAdjust machines to maintain dimensional accuracyPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshootingDocument production results and communicate any quality issuesWhat You BringAbility to read and understand blueprintsExperience operating manual or CNC press brakesStrong measurement and inspection skillsExperience with machine set‑upGreat attention to detail and commitment to qualityNice to HaveMachine maintenance or troubleshooting experienceStrong problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamWhy You’ll Love Working HereOutstanding Benefits Package

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
