Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons

Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Collaborate with district staff and parents to support student success

Observe and assess student development and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

NJ Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education (P-3 or equivalent) – REQUIRED

Previous experience in a preschool setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
