If you are passionate about early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences, we encourage you to apply.We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.SchedulePreferred hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMBenefits Competitive pay Company-paid 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance available at no cost to the teacher Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age 3) Follow daily schedules and classroom routines Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space Observe and assess children’s development and progress Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships Collaborate positively with team members and assist with lunch breaks Use iPads to document and update children’s activities Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children required 2–3 years of experience preferred Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles Experience with lesson planning and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
