The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring an energetic and engaging Preschool Teacher to guide children through hands on learning in a fun structured and supportive classroom. This role supports school readiness social development and confidence building through play based learning.

What You Will Do

• Create a positive engaging and structured classroom environment
• Support social emotional cognitive and language development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and classroom activities
• Maintain daily communication with parents and staff
• Encourage independence creativity and problem solving
• Maintain a clean organized and compliant classroom
• Follow TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum

California Requirements

Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units.

• Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred
• Positive reliable and enthusiastic teaching style
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for helping children learn grow and reach milestones
