The Learning Experience in Arvada is hiring a joyful and energetic Preschool Teacher to help little learners explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. If you love working with Preschoolers and want to make a meaningful impact while having fun, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions Communicate consistently with parents to build strong relationships Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
Colorado Requirement
Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Pyramid Plus or Infant/Toddler Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
