Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Facilitate daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative and adaptable mindset to meet the diverse needs of children.
