Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming front office atmosphere. Assist with enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external partners. Coordinate scheduling and assist with classroom activities and events. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Support the administrative team with various clerical tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office. Maintain supplies and assist with inventory management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in an office setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is a plus. Friendly demeanor and a passion for working with children and families. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must pass background checks and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid certification.
