About the Role
The Learning Experience – Billerica is hiring a dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to support our preschool classroom. Our school offers a nurturing, play-based learning environment where children build confidence, independence, and foundational academic skills.
This role is ideal for a preschool or daycare teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and wants to grow their career with a well-established childcare center in Billerica, Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do
Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate preschool classroom
Deliver play-based lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum
Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth
Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and progress
Work collaboratively with teaching teams and center leadership
Maintain classroom standards aligned with Massachusetts EEC regulations
What We’re Looking For
EEC Preschool Teacher certification (or ability to meet MA requirements)
Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
