Responsibilities: Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. Assist in planning menus that meet the nutritional needs of preschool-aged children. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Support classroom activities and assist teachers as needed. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering kitchen supplies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in a childcare setting. Knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs for young children. Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to assist with various school support tasks as needed. Passion for working with children and promoting healthy habits.
