You’ll work alongside a supportive kitchen team in a fast paced, full-service restaurant, taking ownership and pride in food preparation, attention to detail, and consistency. What You’ll Do

Follow a prep list while completing tasks efficiently with speed and a sense of urgencyRead and follow recipes using accurate measurements, weights, and portioning for consistent recipe executionPrepare ingredients using strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicingUse a variety of cooking methods and culinary techniques including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, and grillingPrep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces, dressings, and soupsOperate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, tilt skillets, mixers, and slicersLabel, date, and rotate food using FIFO (First In, First Out) proceduresFollow instructions maintaining organization, safety standards, cleanliness, and sanitationAdhere to food safety, food handling, and cross contamination prevention proceduresSupport teamwork through clear, effective communicationWork well under pressure while maintaining high standards

 


Your Background

Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferredProficient with kitchen tools, equipment, and culinary techniques, a plusKnowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety standardsAbility to multitask with efficiency and attention to detailReliable and punctual with a positive, patient attitudeDependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethicPassionate about hospitality and contributing to a positive team cultureAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 18 years old
