Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)Operate machining equipment to produce aluminum parts according to work instructions and quality standardsLoad, unload, and monitor machines during production runsPerform basic quality checks using gauges and measuring toolsComplete production and inspection documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety proceduresPrecision Machining Operator - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (machining experience a plus)Ability to read work instructions and perform basic measurements using gauges or calipersHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as requiredMust be fluent in English (spoken and written).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
