Aerotek Hiring: Precaster – Spokane, WA | $18–$24/hr

As a Precaster, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping concrete products used across residential, commercial, and municipal projects. This is a physically active position where no two days are the same — ideal for those who take pride in craftsmanship and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Assemble metal forms for molding concrete slabs, stairs, beams, and moreClean, prep, pour, and finish concrete in a fast-paced shop environmentClimb in and out of narrow forms up to 6 feet tallRead and follow production schedules and timeframesAssist with setup, stripping, leveling, and housekeeping tasks

What You Bring

Experience with hand and power toolsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsTape measure accuracy to 1/16 inchPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersBonus skills: concrete finishing, overhead crane operation, woodworking, welding, maintenance, or quality control

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
