Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer in our dynamic production facility. You will be working in the wet-cast/dry cast or Pipepad department, contributing to various stages of concrete production and ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.

Responsibilities

Set up forms for pre-pour inspections.Remove excess concrete from forms and surfaces.Open and close concrete forms as needed.Clip and clean spaces and remove excess duct tape.Pour concrete into designated molds or forms.Grind excess concrete off finished pipes.Perform detailing and patch work to ensure quality standards.

Essential Skills

Experience in production, construction, or general labor.Ability to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting.Motivated and able to work effectively in a construction or concrete environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in construction labor or field work is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
