Precast Concrete Production Laborer

Location: Guyton, GA

Job Type: Full-Time - 5 Month Contract to Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Production Laborers to join our team and help manufacture high‑quality precast concrete products. This is a hands‑on position in an industrial environment where safety, teamwork, and consistent performance are essential.

ResponsibilitiesStrip and clean concrete forms and finished productsPrepare steel molds for concrete pouringPerform basic carpentry tasks as neededMaintain a clean and safe work areaSupport general facility maintenancePerform other duties as assigned

RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDManufacturing or construction experience (preferred but not required)Ability to perform basic math and take accurate measurementsAbility to read and follow simple written instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the dayComfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
