This role is responsible for carrying out all necessary preparations, set-ups and troubleshooting for a range of tooling such as stripping and blanking units.
  

About the Role

Setting pins on stripping units and setting up of blanking units in accordance with schedule and job specifications.Positioning units at machine ready for “make ready”.Storage of units in correct locations.Assessing tooling to determine potential efficiency improvements and fit for purpose.Support to the Knife Maker as required.Other duties as assigned.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate willingness to learn the work process required
