They handle a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and construction-related claims. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their team and play a key role in case preparation.

Job Description

Assist in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception to settlement. Review and summarize medical records and bills to support case evaluations. Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers to gather necessary documentation. Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence. Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and update case management systems. Conduct legal research and gather evidence for pre-suit investigations. Handle administrative tasks, including ordering medical records, scheduling, and client communication.

Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
