Key Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities

Create a welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and inspired

Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Help with routines such as meals, naps, and transitions while encouraging positive behavior

Observe and document children’s growth and learning progress

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support school goals

What We’re Looking For

18 years or older (16 in some states)

High school diploma or GED (required in most states)

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
