We're looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Dyslipidemia portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge global strategy and local execution, translating market needs and business goals into actionable items and working closely with Medical, Customer Engagement, Trade and Access, and external stakeholders to drive business growth. **Main responsibilities:** + **Strategic Brand Planning:** + Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the global strategy and adapted to the local market + Setting brand positioning and value proposition + Brand storytelling + **Marketing Execution:** + Campaign development and implementation + Budget & OPEX management and ROI analysis + Cross-functional collaboration with trade, customer engagement, medical, market access, among others. + Co-create the digital marketing initiatives. + **Product Management** : + Pricing strategy development + Portfolio strategy with Zenibe + Performance tracking + IBP forecast process About you + **Experience** : 3-5+ years of marketing, trade or promotion experience, in the pharmaceutical industry + **Soft Skills** : Cross-functional team leadership, Project management skills, Strategic thinking and business acumen and Strong communication and presentation skills + **Hard Skills** : Understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics **,** Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system and stakeholders + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field + **Languages:** Advanced English Perseguir el progreso, descubrir extraordinarios Lo Mejor está ahí fuera: Mejores medicamentos, mejores resultados, mejor ciencia.
