Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützen bei Verkaufsmandaten, Machbarkeitsstudien, Bewertungen und Betreiberselektionen von Hotelimmobilien bei voller Einbindung ins Projektteam
Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen sowie bei Markt-, Standort-, und Objektanalysen für Hotelimmobilien und -projekte
Erstellen von Angebots- und Präsentationsunterlagen
Pflegen, Abgleichen und Aktualisieren interner Datenbanken
Eigenverantwortliches und engagiertes Arbeiten in einem jungen dynamischen Team
Dein Profil
Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Hospitality Management, Tourismus Management oder BWL
Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift und bist im Allgemeinen sprachbegabt
Du bist zuverlässig, kannst selbstständig arbeiten und hast eine hohe Affinität zu analytischer Arbeit
