**Job Description**
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Act as Service Architect of Oracle CSS (Customer Success Services) and Portfolio, creating technical solutions of services that will help customers to implement, optimize and/or run and maintain Oracle´s technologies, products, applications and Cloud solutions. The architect will develop a technical knowledge to work with both Oracle Infrastructure and Applications pillars.
2. The architect will help develop a territory pipeline, working alongside the CSS Sales teams and also Delivery teams to execute discovery assessments with customers, identifying the main pain points and how to solve customer´s problems and help them have success with Oracle´s technologies. Also will work on the opportunities lifecycle to discover, create and present a technical solution and pricing for customers. Also will work on data analysis to create and suggest leads for Sales Teams.
3. Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business, defending why Oracle CSS is the best partner to help our customers with Modernization, Education, Innovation and Operational Services. Facilitation of customer services portfolio/projects understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
4. As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced services features and differentiators and CSS services benefits, services implementation roadmap, future direction and overall Oracle CSS services. Design, validate, and present Oracle CSS Services and solutions and develop and manage reference customers through high quality technical, professional client relationships, becoming customer´s Trust Advisory for CSS Services.
5. Interact with CSS Global areas and structure and local 3rd party partners to develop the services solutions and follow internal processes for approval gathering.
6. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role and leadership mindset.
7. Experience of Architect, Pre-Sales, or Operations. Relevant knowledge of Oracle Technologies, Oracle Database/Tools, Exadata, ExaCS, Oracle Database 26ai, Autonomous Database, Data Guard, RAC, Golden Gate and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture expertise. Experience with AI Use Cases for industries and/or multi-Cloud knowledge, architecture, networking, security, design, including AWS, Azure, GCP. Sales and/or Pre-Sales and/or Business Development Management experience. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Public sector expertise, working with federal and regional governments. Knowledge of systems (oracle Hardware and Platforms) and Oracle Applications design and architecture. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
8. Oracle OCI and/or Oracle Database certification is mandatory
9. Need to speak English.
