Job SummaryMOR PPM Inc. is seeking qualified outage workers located in Sutherland, Nebraska.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan, Lay-out, install and repair all types of structural steel products in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. will be working on new and pre-existing structures.Must read and understand plans and specifications, including diagrams, prints, orthographic and isometric drawings. Visualize two dimensional drawings in three dimensions. Qualifications At least 5 years experience of structural welding.Pass the three position test (horizontal, vertical, and overhead).
OSHA Requirements:
All craft are required to have OSHA 10 prior to arriving on site. Training can be completed online. Access and codes can be obtained from PPM Site Management.
Per Diem:
$178/paid 7 days (except 1st and last week of work – paid days worked). Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles using shortest distance calculation. No PD will be paid on days missed.
Per Diem must be verified and we must retain records for audit. Need 2 items (1 from each list below) and must be dated within 60-90 days of start date.

Completion Bonus (outage only):
$3.00/ST and 4.50/OT to base rate. Must meet safety, attendance, and compliance site rules and finish assignment with Lay Off.
