We are currently seeking a Power Platform Enterprise Architect (Onsite/FTE) to join our team in Oaks, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Power Platform Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and driving the enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) in alignment with business strategy, security, and scalability requirements. This role partners closely with business leaders, IT, security, and delivery teams to design robust low-code solutions and establish best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and design patterns for Microsoft Power PlatformAlign Power Platform strategy with overall Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Dynamics 365)Evaluate and recommend platform capabilities, connectors, licensing models, and extensibility optionsGovernance & Security
Design and implement Power Platform governance frameworks (CoE, ALM, environment strategy, DLP policies)Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)Partner with security teams to manage identity, access, and data protection using Azure AD and Microsoft PurviewSolution Design & Delivery
Lead architecture and design reviews for complex Power Platform solutionsGuide development teams on scalable, reusable, and maintainable solution designSupport integration with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectorsLeadership & Enablement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and client executivesMentor architects, developers, and citizen developersDrive adoption through best practices, training, and enablement programsInnovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, Copilot, and AI-driven capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to modernize legacy applications using low-code/no-code solutionsPromote automation, productivity, and innovation across the enterprise
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power PlatformStrong knowledge of:Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven)Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)Power BI (enterprise-scale deployments)Power Pages and Copilot StudioExperience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus)Strong understanding of ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD for Power PlatformArchitecture & Governance
Experience designing enterprise governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) modelsProven ability to define standards, guardrails, and best practices at scaleStrong understanding of data integration, security, and complianceSoft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical architectureStrong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-900, Azure Architect certifications)Experience in large-scale digital transformation or modernization programsConsulting or client-facing experience in enterprise environmentsExperience with AI Builder, Copilot, and intelligent automation#INDFSINS
