What You’ll DoOperate and monitor turbines, boilers, and generators to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.Respond to alarms and perform emergency procedures to protect equipment and maintain service continuity.Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.Safely operate heavy equipment including dozers, haul trucks, conveyors, and railcar dumpers.Maintain accurate logs and communicate plant conditions to operations and maintenance teams.Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tag-out and PPE requirements.Support planned and corrective maintenance tasks as needed.

What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience with industrial or heavy equipment is a plus.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with combustion systems, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and respond to emergency call-outs.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
