**Job Title: Power Pallet Operator** **Job Description** This role involves operating a Raymond Center Rider for order picking, requiring the ability to lift 50lbs regularly, with assistance available for heavier or awkward items. The job also involves using an RF scanner to facilitate order scanning. **Responsibilities** + Operate Raymond Center Rider equipment for order picking. + Use voice picking and mezzanine picking techniques, with a focus on tote picking. + Utilize RF scanners to accurately scan and track orders. + Flexibly support both voice and mezzanine picking depending on operational needs. + Engage in extensive walking, especially when involved in mezzanine picking. + Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of relevant experience, with consideration for those with 6 months of recent experience. + Warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in shipping and loading trailers. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and walk/stand for 8 hours. + Proficiency with RF scanners. + Possession of forklift certification (expired or in-house certification is acceptable). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with order picking and put-away processes. + AB 3rd party certified or in-house certification. + Experience with Raymond reach equipment. + Motivated, positive, and forward-thinking attitude. **Why Work Here?** This facility is one of the busiest and most consistent, ensuring job stability even during economic downturns.
