As aPower Delivery Team Lead, you’ll take on a leadership role in guiding a talented team of engineers and EITs while driving client relationships and business development. You’ll lead complex projects that impact communities and industries, ensuring reliable power delivery and supporting mission-critical data centers.

In this role, we’ll count on you to:

Supervise and mentora team of substation engineers and EITsDevelopproposals and fee estimatesfor new projectsLeadclient engagement and business developmenteffortsCoordinate the work of the power design team through schematic design, development, and contract documentation phasesEstablish meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies forcode complianceManage workload and schedules todeliver projects on timeConducton-site work sessionswith Project Managers and other disciplinesReview project documents for conflicts and ensure seamless integration across disciplinesWrite and editproject specificationsCoordinate with other teams onaddenda, RFIs, and change orders, and incorporate agreed changes into project documentsProvideconstruction contract administrationas neededPerformQA/QC reviewson work by Engineers, Project Coordinators, Designers, or BIM TechniciansTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in EngineeringMinimum of3 years of experiencein project execution within the Power Market SectorPrevious experience with anengineering consulting firm

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector. Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software. (examples include PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
