I. Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Developer to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. Day-to-day, the Power BI Senior Analyst would be responsible for creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity with the help of Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query. We want to the candidate should have business understanding and problem-solving skills and experience with data and business analysis with best in the analytical field and a good communicator. A Business Intelligence Senior Developer should be well-versed in the Power BI technology and is in charge of creating and managing BI tools and has a thorough understanding of the BI system. A Business Intelligence Senior Developer primary responsibility is to transform raw data into relevant insights via interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and reports. Because of his/her strategic, executive, and management roles and duties, a Power BI developer is critical to the firm. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insightsUsing Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reportsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularlyAnalyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-makingConvert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completionCreate, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysisUse Power BI to run DAX queries and functionsCreate charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationshipsConstruct a data warehouseUse SQL queries to get the best resultsMake technological adjustments to current BI systems to improve their performanceFor a better understanding of the data, use filters and visualizationsAnalyze current ETL procedures to define and create new systemsDesigning and developing interactive dashboards and reportsCollaborating with stakeholders to understand data needsAnalyzing datasets to uncover trends and insightsMaintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systemsTranslating business requirements into technical specificationsArchitect comprehensive data solutions aligned with business goalsDevelop, deploy and manage Power BI applications organization-wideMaintain data accuracy and integrity within enterprise databasesEducate non-technical stakeholders on data utilization strategiesOptimize performance through continuous system upgrades

III. Qualifications 

A. Required Qualifications 
 

Minimum Graduation or bachelor's degree in any stream with proven track record in PBI domain.Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in POWER BI domain for Senior Developer role.Minimum 5 -8 years of relevant experience in POWER BI domain as a Team lead for Team Leader role.
