Power BI Developer
Join our fast-paced Directory Services team as a Power BI Developer to deliver a next generation Modern Authentication environment. You will be part of a cross functional team developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise authentication and authorisation in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy innovative Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models that empower decision-making across the business. You’ll integrate Power BI with cloud data sources such as Azure and AWS to ensure accuracy and reliability, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics. Leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you’ll interpret complex data sets and deliver meaningful insights. 
This position offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, support and enhance existing BI solutions, and provide training or documentation to drive adoption. What you offer

Extensive experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integrating Power BI with cloud data sourcesProven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExperience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) are advantageousBackground in Agile development methodologies and knowledge of Python or R for data analysis are valuableExperience in financial, healthcare, or retail analytics domains are highly regarded.
