Job Title: Powder Coater Painter

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm)

What's the Job?

Operate powder coat and paint systems, including loading and spraying materials. Hang and unhang products to prepare for coating processes. Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles to ensure quality standards. Perform setup tasks such as changing powders and paints, and adjusting spray equipment. Ensure all work meets quality specifications and standards, supporting continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 15 years of related experience in powder coating, painting, or mechanical/electrical maintenance roles. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training required. High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred. Ability to read instructions, machine drawings, and use hand/power tools effectively.
