This role requires expertise in powder coating processes and attention to quality standards. You’ll work in a positive and employee-focused environment, with opportunities for continuous growth and skill development.ResponsibilitiesOperate powder coating systems, including loading and spraying powder, hanging and unhanging parts, and operating ovens.Perform powder coat setup tasks, such as changing powders and adjusting spray equipment.Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.Troubleshoot and maintain powder coating equipment.Assist in training other team members on powder coating operations.Qualifications and RequirementsRelevant work experience in painting, powder coating, or completion of trade school.Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to make accurate adjustments.Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure quality in finished products.Mechanically inclined, with the capability to operate and adjust tools and machinery.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $18.00/hr.Medical Benefits: Eligible for dental, vision, and health insurance.Holidays: Paid holidays after meeting eligibility.Training & Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and skill development.Your New OrganizationThis role is with a respected manufacturer specializing in high-quality products for the Barfield Product Line.
