Job Title: Powder Coat Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled industrial powder coater to join our team on the 2nd shift. Your primary responsibility will be hand painting parts in the spray booth for 6 hours per shift. The parts will already be loaded onto the rack; your task will be to pull the rack into the booth and carefully hand paint each part.

Responsibilities

Hand paint parts in the spray booth for 6 hours per shift.Manage the process of pulling racks into the booth for painting.Ensure quality and precision in the powder coating process.Follow all safety protocols while operating in the spray booth.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in powder coat techniques.Experience with various painting methods.

Work Environment

This position is on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with initial training on the 1st shift for two weeks. You will work in a paint booth, wearing a specially designed paint suit with an air-conditioned helmet. The role includes fitting for a respirator if necessary. Expect to be actively painting for 6 hours each day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
