**Powder Coat Painter**
We are seeking skilled powder coaters to join our paint line. You will be responsible for applying powder coating to components on manually operated lines and batch booth applications. Your role will involve setting up equipment for proper coating application, cleaning, masking, and preparing components, guiding coworkers in part preparation, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the workspace is organized.
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines and batch booth applications.
+ Set up equipment for proper application of coating.
+ Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application.
+ Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
+ Maintain equipment and keep work area in order.
+ Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications.
+ Inspect parts after coating is complete.
+ Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
+ Complete all paperwork accordingly.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years manufacturing experience in painting.
+ Stable work history with a good resume.
+ Good attitude and a culture fit.
+ Proficiency in painting, powder coating, and industrial painting.
+ Experience with spray guns, racking, paint prep, coating, and paint booths.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
