**Job Title: Experienced Powder Coater**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater with experience in applying powder coatings and working with various sprays and coats. This role requires precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes on different metals and materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply powder coatings using machines to ensure precise and uniform coverage.
+ Work with different coats and sprays to achieve desired finishes.
+ Mix powder and spray coatings efficiently.
+ Understand and manage temperature settings based on the metals and materials being coated.
+ Operate the powder coating gun effectively.
+ Perform daily duties within the coating booth for the entirety of the shift.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in powder coating or painting.
+ Adequate trigger time with powder coating equipment.
+ General knowledge of powder coating and painting principles.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction or automotive sectors.
+ Reliable and with a good attitude.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

**Work Environment**
Work in a well-equipped shop located in El Cajon with shifts starting at 5 am. The role may include overtime and weekend work, requiring dedication and flexibility.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Cajon, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
