Job Title: Powder Coater
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The role involves racking and masking parts for powder coating, using a powder coat gun to coat parts, curing parts in an industrial oven, inspecting parts for quality, and preparing parts for shipping. Regular hours are 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional 10-hour shifts from 5:30am-4pm. Working 50 hours a week is not uncommon in this position.

ResponsibilitiesRack and mask off parts for powder coating.Use a powder coat gun to apply powder coating to parts.Cure parts in an industrial oven.Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare parts for shipping.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial spray painting or powder coating.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in painting and spray painting techniques.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized sheet metal fabrication environment equipped with newer machinery, forklifts, powder coat line, welding equipment, and machine operation facilities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
