Sportsman Boats is looking for a Powdercoat Technician that have experience in powder coating, chemical treatment, and an eye for detail. WE HAVE BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT and an AIR CONDITIONED facility. What you will do: + Mid level knowledge of the powder coat process + Be able to follow paint flow + Ability to powder coat aluminum small parts, t-tops, rod holders, leaning posts, and frames + Determine viscosity + Clean and maintain powder coat equipment + Identify quality defects and participate in the continuous improvement process + Ability to set and follow production schedule + A positive attitude!
