Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00pm to 06:00am)Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for the powder?coating process.Operate powder?coating spray equipment and apply coatings with consistent technique and thickness.Monitor curing ovens, line speed, workflow, and perform in?process and final inspections.Perform physical tasks including lifting, stacking, organizing, and handling parts.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while supporting smooth production flow.Powder Coat Nights Qualifications:
Reliable, accountable, and able to stay on task.Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.Able to lift up to 60lbs and stand for most of the shift.Strong attention to detail with a steady, methodical work style.Adaptable, positive, and willing to support team members as production needs shift.Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
