If you want to help shape the new generation of processes with us then you've come to the right place, just apply. **Main responsibilities:** + PostDoc in a downstream laboratory for purification of molecules derived from microbial fermentation processes – like Nanobody® molecules. + Establishment SP TFF set ups. + Implementation of new techniques in the field of modelling and continuous manufacturing in the microbial platform. + Development of state-of-the-art protein purification processes for clinical and commercial manufacturing. + Evaluation and interpretation of experimental results (SP TFF, TFF, preparative chromatography, HPLC analytics, protein analytics). + Participation in interdisciplinary and global project teams to foster innovation. + Studying of scientific literature, dissemination of results as presentations, posters, publications and patents. **_About you_** **Education and professional Experience** + PhD in natural science (chemical engineering, biological engineering, bioinformatics, biotechnology, biochemistry). **Soft skills** + Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams + Result oriented and well-organized team player in an agile environment. **Technical skills** + Practical experience with TFF, preparative chromatography, bioanalytical instrumentation. + Hands on experience in process modelling & simulation or continuous processing + Experience in protein purification and process development. + Familiar in usage of common programming languages (R, Phyton) would be a plus **Languages** + Excellent written and oral English language skills. + At least good written and oral German language skills.
