POS After Sales Coordinator
Job Title: POS After Sales CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated POS After Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth logistics operations. This role involves maintaining operational systems and supporting the efficient processing of service tickets. Responsibilities + Resolve inquiries related to distributors' cooler repairs, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and customer concerns. + Initiate transportation track and trace as required. + Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to address logistics challenges. + Monitor and provide status updates on cooler service tickets using Zendesk. + Interact with key personnel and service providers to develop processes ensuring timely and accurate processing of cooler service tickets. + Establish strong working relationships with business units, distributors, logistics partners, service providers, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support. + Maintain distributor customer master data in the company’s operational systems like Zendesk. + Ensure all tickets are properly entered and maintained within the relevant system. + Communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assigned distributors and service providers. + Provide input and recommendations to continuously improve customer service. + Provide logistics and transfer support as needed. + Support yearly physical inventory and audits as required. + Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures. + Be prepared to assume additional tasks outside the job description as needed or directed. Essential Skills + Customer service + Logistics + Sales support + Microsoft Office proficiency + Customer service oriented + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + 0-1+ years’ experience related to customer service and logistics operations + Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred + Basic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience + Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements + Fluent in English + Bilingual capabilities are a plus Work Environment The role requires working onsite in Santa Monica for 4 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on providing high-quality customer service and support. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Monica, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
