You will lead financial analysis initiatives that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across the department. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead and support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Portfolio Services department. + Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and billing, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Support ongoing finance-related activities for the department, including but not limited to: P&L preparation and analysis, project codes proper mapping and maintenance, approval matrix maintenance, savings calculations, debt management etc. + Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic initiatives. + Maintain and enhance financial models and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency. + Be the POC to global stakeholders for financial results of the department, financial queries and ad-hoc requests. **What You’ll Need:** + Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
