Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the Cybersecurity organization supporting high-impact strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Portfolio Manager/Coordinator
**Location:** Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
**Pay Range:** Competitive
**What's the Job?**
+ Own the weekly cybersecurity executive leadership meeting, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
+ Collect and curate updates from various initiatives to maintain a comprehensive overview.
+ Compile and maintain a weekly PowerPoint deck summarizing key initiatives, risks, and statuses.
+ Perform quality reviews of submitted content to ensure clarity and consistency.
+ Track and follow through on action items that emerge from executive meetings.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in managing high-visibility executive communications and reporting functions.
+ Strong skills in synthesizing information and building executive-level presentations.
+ Ability to work independently and influence without authority.
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with shifting priorities.
+ Hands-on proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
