**Job Title:** Portfolio Coordinator
**Location:** Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to join their Business Transformation team. As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will be part of the Business Transformation department supporting project management and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Manage operational details of a portfolio of transformation projects, including financial tracking and schedule management.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery.
+ Prepare and consolidate monthly status reports, analyzing project performance and flagging issues.
+ Support governance processes and assist in tracking adherence to financial and capital allocation frameworks.
+ Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and documentation management.
**Qualifications:**
+ Legally authorized to work in Canada
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in project coordination or project management
+ Experience working in oil and gas environments is an asset
+ Familiarity with project governance, value delivery frameworks, and financial tracking tools
