JOB DESCRIPTION Greif Inc., a leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services with a global footprint across more than thirty countries and 250-plus locations, is seeking a highly capable and business-facing ePMO Portfolio Analyst (Contract) to support the build-out of its Portfolio Management capability within the Enterprise PMO. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management, this role will play a critical part in establishing and operating the enterprise demand intake and business relationship management (BRM) functions. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity. The Portfolio Analyst will serve as the primary interface between business partners and the Portfolio Management function, ensuring demand is clearly defined, aligned to strategy, and ready for executive decision-making. This role is foundational to the successful launch of Portfolio Management at Greif and is not an administrative or reporting-only position. Skills and Requirements MUST HAVES  ○ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field  ○ 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, business operations, or related role  ○ Experience working in a business facing, consultative capacity with senior stakeholders  ○ Experience in demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, or portfolio-level decision processes  ○ Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools; familiar with portfolio or PMO tools preferred (Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerBI)  ○ This role is scoped to preform intake, BRM and portfolio enablement - does not include project execution responsibilities  ○ They are in build mode - process oriented and building it out, what works and what does not Leader and does not need to be super senior PLUSSES Experience in a global, matrixed-organization and/or manufacturing or technology environment is a plus
