Job Description Summary

The PA Operational Delivery Lead (Finance Management) is responsible for the oversight and execution of client finance functions within the PSC, including rent payment processing, variance analysis, expense reconciliation and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in delivering Finance Management KPIs.

About the Role:  

Managing all Finance Management (FM) functions under Portfolio Administration within the PSC.

To deliver excellence of service and achieve client KPls in a client driven environment to both internal and external clients through management of all FM-related Portfolio Administration functions within PSC.

To manage and maximize service excellence and team productivity. To represent the PSC in client bid/pitch activity where appropriate. To ensure integration of new client contracts within the PSC.

Managing, developing and engaging PA PSC team in line with clients' needs and C&W policies/requirements.

Being an active and collaborative member of the PSC leadership team, participating/supporting PSC projects and common initiatives.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 10 years of work experience in real estate/ lease administration.At least 5 years of experience supervising a team providing guidance and training to ensure productivity and accuracy.Proficient in using lease administration and EFT/ERP /financial software.High proficiency in lease management systems and database tools.
