**Day Shift Porter Needed!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated porter to visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. This role requires operating machinery to maintain cleanliness and safety. **Responsibilities** + Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas. + Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal effectively. + Operate a leaf blower to assist in cleaning tasks. + Operate a power washer. + Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises, including parking lots and landscaping. + Perform other exterior cleaning tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, cleaning, janitorial duties, and industrial cleaning. + Proficiency in using power tools and custodial equipment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. + Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Understanding and adherence to basic safety precautions, rules, and regulations. + Proven track record of reliability and independence. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in housekeeping, construction, and use of hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values hard work and dedication.
