As a Polisher and Buffer, you’ll be responsible for smoothing rough edges and polishing metal surfaces using hand grinders to achieve a clean, professional finish. You’ll also be cross-trained in essential fabrication techniques—including metal cutting, brake press operations, spot welding, and buffing—and support other departments like assembly, packaging, and painting.
