Podiatrist (DPM)

Compensation: $190K-$210K

Job Type: Full-time, in-person.

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Podiatrist (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) to join a well-established, multidisciplinary outpatient medical practice in the New York metropolitan area. This role focuses on comprehensive foot and ankle care, with a strong emphasis on patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes and vascular disease. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff in a coordinated care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions in an outpatient clinical setting Manage diabetic foot care, wound care, nail disorders, biomechanical issues, and common podiatric pathologies Perform in-office procedures, including nail care, debridement, minor surgical procedures, and orthotic management Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment for patients with complex medical conditions Educate patients on preventive foot care, treatment plans, and long-term condition management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards

Qualifications

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program Active state podiatry license in good standing (New York required) Board certified or board eligible preferred Experience with diabetic foot care, wound management, and outpatient podiatry strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care
