The PMO is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the project by providing support to the delivery manager, in the areas of financial management, resourcing, invoicing, and reporting, in particular.
The successful candidate must be driven, have good attention to detail & strong knowledge of using excel. ROLE DESCRIPTION
· Provide regular analysis of financial performance on the project
· Provide support to reporting processes (e.g. HCR & DS3)
· Track subcontractor POs and keep the delivery manager informed about the financial status of POs
· Ensure invoice forecasts are supplied to the client as required
· Ensure invoices are raised to the client in a timely manner
· Review invoices from subcontractors
· Facilitate and track invoice payments
· Provide support to the monitoring of KPIs, as well as proactively working to improve on current performance against said KPIs
· Provide support to change management
· Develop and maintain tools to facilitate the above
· Provide recommendations on continual improvement
• This role requires a minimum SC to apply for the role.
• Financial tracking and forecasting assistance
• Provide support to reporting processes (e.g. HCR / DS3 / DSWeb)
• Reporting financial information Maintain view of actual and forecast effort and costs - updated weekly based on team timesheets.
• Raise invoices, ensure they are received by the client and track payment status
• Prepare consolidated DS3 Reporting Pack, Maintain view of resource assignments and liaise with UK Resourcing Support to ensure correct start and end dates.
• Liaise with Project Managers to obtain checkpoint reporting information and contribute to overall engagement reporting - ultimately moving to managing process of producing overall engagement reporting. Administer procurement of any required software licences or other materials Maintain CGI Ensemble project repository for documents of records and client project repositories for project products and deliverables.
